For most locations in Pakistan, delivery usually takes:

Remote areas may take additional time due to courier limitations or local delivery conditions.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.
Delivery availability may vary for some remote or restricted areas. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partner, our team may contact you for an alternative address or cancel/refund the order where applicable.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, Bikaoo may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may be subject to minimum order value, location, or promotional conditions.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct so our courier partner can contact you when delivering the parcel.
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or not received repeatedly, Bikaoo may limit Cash on Delivery availability for future orders.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. If we are unable to confirm your order, dispatch may be delayed.
Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing your order.
Bikaoo is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, incomplete contact number, unavailable receiver, or wrong city/area details.
If you notice any mistake in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make one or more delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, refuses the parcel, or provides an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please contact us immediately after receiving the order.

Clear photos or video of the parcel
Photos of damaged product or packaging
Details of the missing or damaged item
Claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after this period may not be accepted.

If any product in your order is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a replacement, partial shipment, or cancellation/refund for the unavailable item.
